The HELPme Admin app offers authorized administrators mobile access to manage inquiries seamlessly. It encompasses all inquiry management functionalities present in the desktop interface:

• Organize inquiries by status
• View detailed information on each inquiry
• Engage in private messaging with inquiry reporters
• Modify inquiry details such as type, status, target, and actions taken
• Assign inquiries to specific individuals or groups
• Escalate inquiries as necessary
• Facilitate team communication

The app retains your login information for convenience, eliminating the need for repeated entries. Administrators are kept informed with timely push notifications regarding new inquiries, messages, and assignments, ensuring they remain current on HELPme activities.

The integrated HELPme Messenger feature allows administrators to communicate directly with individuals who submit reports, enhancing transparency and responsiveness in handling inquiries.
