HELPme facilitates three distinct approaches to assistance, tailored to the user's level of trust:

 <li>Self-Help: Access a variety of resources.</li>
 <li>Help from a Trained Crisis Counselor: Utilize the Crisis Text Line for immediate support.</li>
 <li>Help from Your School or Community: Connect and receive guidance locally.</li>
</ul>

The HELPme Admin app offers authorized administrators mobile access to manage inquiries seamlessly. It encompasses all inquiry management functionalities present in the desktop interface:
<ul>
 <li>Organize inquiries by status</li>
 <li>View detailed information on each inquiry</li>
 <li>Engage in private messaging with inquiry reporters</li>
 <li>Modify inquiry details such as type, status, target, and actions taken</li>
 <li>Assign inquiries to specific individuals or groups</li>
 <li>Escalate inquiries as necessary</li>
 <li>Facilitate team communication</li>
</ul>

The app retains your login information for convenience, eliminating the need for repeated entries. Administrators are kept informed with timely push notifications regarding new inquiries, messages, and assignments, ensuring they remain current on HELPme activities.

The integrated HELPme Messenger feature allows administrators to communicate directly with individuals who submit reports, enhancing transparency and responsiveness in handling inquiries.

The HELPme Admin app is available for free download, enabling users to leverage their existing administrator credentials for access.
